After more than 25 years in the pastry world, Christy knows one thing for sure: it’s never the cake that causes the problem, it’s everything around it.
From high-pressure kitchens at The Ritz Carlton, Caesars Palace, and The Venetian to building her own custom cake business from the ground up, Christy has spent decades perfecting her craft.
Her work has earned the trust of an incredible range of clients - including Céline Dion, U2, and Steve Aoki - a reflection of both her artistry and her precision.
Today, she brings that same level of experience and intention into every product she creates.
But no matter the level, one frustration always showed up: cakes that wouldn’t stay put. Shifting boards. Ruined finishes. Wasted time. Wasted money. So instead of working around it, she decided to fix it.
